Just started HGH and peptides so I figured I'd start my journal about a month early (don't go back on til January). This journal will likely go until July as I plan on running a 10 week bulker, cruise for 4- 6 weeks, then get right back into a 10 week summer cutter. This journal won't be as detailed as Guns or Nips as I'm not that motivated to type but I will regularly update when significant progress is made in PR's, weight/ muscle gain or loss, progress or setbacks in diet, and compound changes, etc. My goals for end of cycle around July time frame are to have added 15 pounds of solid muscle with significant fat loss (6 pack abs lol) with a significant increase in size of my delts, thighs, and calves which I feel are my weakest areas. Right now my legs are in a sorry state as Im dealing with some knee issues and haven't trained them since October. Biggest challenges will be eating more during the winter bulker and cutting carbs during the summer.

      Currently- 36 y/o, 5'6", 200lbs, BF-?, Cycles- 3 (ish)

      Currently running- 150 Test Cyp/ Week, HGH 2 iu's/day (working up to 4), 125mcgs CJC 1295 no dac/ 125mcgs GHRP 2/ day

Current split- (high volume/ heavy 6- 20 rep range) Mon: Back Tues: Chest Wed: Arms Thurs: Shoulders Fri: Cardio (resting legs until Jan) Sat: Cardio Sun: Rest

      Current Sample Diet:

Meal 1: 8 egg whites, 4 yolks, 1 1/2 cups Kashi cereal, 1 banana, vitamins, creatine
Pre workout: 2 scoops NO Xplode
Immediate Post workout: Creatine, Glutamine, Juice
20 minutes Post workout: 75 gms Whey shake, 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
Meal 2: 12 oz Chicken Breast, 1 cup brown rice, veggies, orange
      Meal 3: Detour protein bar
Meal 4: 12 oz Chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, veggies
Meal 5: 12 Oz Lean Steak, Veggies
Meal 6: 75 gms Whey shake

      Pics to follow

1st HGH and peptide injections this morning. I was a nervous wreck during reconstitution trying to be very gentle and not f**k it up... lol. Seemed to feel mild numbness in my hands and legs but nothing intolerable. Maybe mild joint pain but hard to tell since all my joints hurt anyway. Hitting arms today.

Pics on 4 December 2013. I know my legs are in a sorry state so no need to point it out. Like I said having some knee issues. Other than that I've lost some definition since the end of my last cycle. I've gained a fairly solid 5 pounds and maybe a bit more seeing as I've lost some significant muscle in my legs. I'm really hoping the GH helps with that ring of fat around my waist that I can't seem to lose no matter what.

I have some issues with my knees and right leg as well. I usually work up to a heavy squat for 2 sets, then drop down and do very high reps. Then go to the leg press and go high reps again, but go slow and force my quads to get exhausted. Thats worked well for me for legs any way.

your legs arent that far out of proportion man, so dont skimp on them. if you cant squat then find something else to do but work the piss out of them. contrary to popular belief you dont need tons and tons of weight to make them grow, just push them hit the 8-10-50 rep range and the angles. i will harp on this big time cause it is way easier 99% of the time to bring up your upper body than it is to try to bring up legs to match a massive upper body.

haha no way man. those are usually the desired rep ranges for growth with the legs. some people grow in the 8-10 range but the vast majority of us grow in the 10- higher ranges. what i do is hammer them puppies with different ranges from week to week. 1 wk i may do 4 sets of 50 on leg press then another week i may hit 4 sets of 100. then if i feel insane i may do 10 rep drop sets for over 100 reps so i can hit heavy to light weight. all about different angles forcing max blood in as well as hitting both types of muscle fiber. something else i have found is i only do squats after warmups first once a month then i finish with them the rest of the month. this keeps my knees and back feeling good for me cause if i hammer squats first every week it makes my knees ache and smokes my lower back. if i do them after everything else all i need is about 315 for a couple sets of 12-15 and they are plenty smoked and grow nicely

it does suck brutal and very painful ass but it works great and is very hard not to quit. i count by 5s or 15s to keep my mind tricked lol. if you want to make it even more brutal when you get up after hammering them stand up and hold the contraction for as long as you can stand it. now you will cry just alittle bit but the results are far worth the pain

I got the idea of that from guns log I will admit. I can squat alot of weight but if I do too many heavy sets my left knee starts feeling weird and weak. I was afraid of injuring myself. So I started doing a similar kind of thing and I squat more know then I did before I got hurt in the first place.
