Ill start up the workouts beginning with Bench tomorrow. I am coming back from a strained pec, hit 315x10 as my final set last week, but was a bit sloppy, no bouncing or anything, but just not in the groove and a little shaky. Trying to get myself back up in the 400 range without re-injuring myself.

TweetI responded really well. I didn't count a pro hormone, but I should. I did one run of Beastdrol(SD) before I hit real gear. Gained 21lbs on beast, retained 17lbs. Great run. Ran test/prov/asin and did clom pct 1st cycle. Loved it but only put on 8 or so lbs. 2nd was Test/deca/adrol/halo, got really strong. Cruised to my 3rd, was close to 2nd, test/deca/tren/adrol, pct clom/hcg. Took a little time off and hovered around 240. Im already a steady 260 on this run. Only 2 weeks in! haha
