I missed some works last week because i was traveling to my surgeon, and got my cast off. I tried a few things just to see what im still capable of doing.
Im still limited to exersies that require pretty much no grip, i tried bench and its a no go. As for legs and abs, im gtg pretty much just starting all over tho.
On squats i expected to be doing just the bar, but my 1rm is prob close to 315!! Won't be pushing it too hard for a while tho.
Start therapy tom and should expect to see results in about 5 months if my surgery was a success, wish me luck!
