Tweetman i need someone like that around here
TweetHey guys!!
I have a hard time trusting another to train me personally. I am not saying I am God, I know nothing...but if I am going to get a trainer, he will have to be very knowledgeable.
At our club, there is a fellow who played big time quarter back football in the U.S.--I am sure if I mention his name, many here will know who he is. he is probably in his late 30s early 40s.
Anyhow I hired him hahahah to train me for 8 weeks, just to spice things up. He is not a bodybuilder per say, but the guy has a reputation.
Today we did legs: in one hour, I puked 6 freaking times!!! I have never puked. he made me rep out shit unheard of, and I even screamed like a little girl several times from the depth of the reps.
Today I did not fail any sets, I did all he wanted me to, timed my breaks----he has seen me train for around 2 years, so he knows my style a little.
Anyhow, after the workout, I practically passed out for 2 hours, my legs were numb.
WTF!!! I eat properly, I sleep 5-6 hours daily, and I thought I was in shape. WOW

I never meant to be better than anyone, I was just born that way. Its hard being a god amongst peasants!
TweetYou're right bro.
This is the biggest and probably only personal reason why I hired him bro. To get a different perspecitve in training.
His tempos are different, his warm ups, rep range is build---so we are staying 8-10-12 reps---structure of the programing is kind of mixed up as well.
But to puke 6 times??
It was funny, I ran to puke my guts out, and went back to him and said: I am ready bro, what is next....hahahhahahahaha

Tweetchange in tempo will do it bro lol but you will adapt to it and the gains will be good.
TweetMy boy kicked my ass today to brotha. We are the same weight, but he is 261 and 4 weeks out from a show. Made me push my ass alot harder. NO puking or anything, we just both push the shit outta eachother. Gotta get one more rep than the other guy lmao!!!!!! Good shit!!!! I love it
TweetOur bodies get used to training pretty quickly, which is why we need to mix it up. The more we mix it up, the more we continue to get a response as our body is always having to improve. I think we all tend to find something that works, and stick with it. I mean, why not? If what I'm doing is working, why change it, right? Well, for the reason you experienced today. I bet after these 8 weeks your body is going to repay you with some well earned results just for putting it through something totally different.
