      What motivates me since I started lifting is always learning more and more weather it be on howbto put in better work at gym or learning how to better myself in life, breaking prs helps, always bettering myself from the year before never going back to how I used to look like scrawny skinny but no definition what so ever. Getting closer and closer to my long term goals
