TweetLooking strong Max. Myself I never pull DL for reps unless it is done for assistance work. After I get warmed up it goes add a plate pull one, add a plate pull one. Right after I squat I go wide sumo for sets of 5. Not saying my ways right, thats just what I have always done. I love to DL its about the only thing Im built to do.
TweetThanks CB.
I personally hate DLs and I never really seem to progress with them. I buddy of mine has a 700 pull and he has kinda helped work out a progression program for me. Sunday's DL session was the light for reps day next Sunday will be more of a ME session with singles. Im hoping to becoming a better Squater and Deadlifter out of this.

TweetNice work with the super ram. I have a super ram and a slingshot. I get more out of the SS than the SR. I didnt get much more out of the mad dog than the SS when I tried one once. I have to add that I have a crap lockout in the bench.
Tweetnice
I never meant to be better than anyone, I was just born that way. Its hard being a god amongst peasants!
TweetIm relativity new to this SR. But i can see where it would be a useful tool in bench training. Yesterdays low numbers in it is because I was wanting to get used to it before I really started overloading with it.
TweetLooking good max. How's the squats coming?
Squats make the world go round.
TweetWhat are these squats that you speak of....lol
Im trying a new program starting Thursday if work allows.

Not much of a leg session. I am limited to my lifts because I train at home, But I managed to get something in and work around the "injury".
