done for the day. well i got legs done. a bit aggervated about the session but i did get ironed out what i can and cant do. i guess most likely what i will be doing over the next few weeks is chase the pump with as much caution as possible. may try some different movements to see what i can push and what i cant. still got an ok session in and a really good pump in the quads. not really happy with it but it is what it is.
