done for the day. i thought cardio was done yesterday haha, no bueno. we put in the session this am to prime the start of the loading process. cardio actually wasnt to awful bad this am because i knew i was getting a full tank of gas today. got all of my errands and running done yesterday so that's all lined up. got a pretty good pump going in the gym and tightened up even more. still drying out and water is starting to come out today and will continue to trickle out by tomorrow night. we shall see. feeling pretty good though and happy with the look so far. my waist is wasp tiny for the first time in forever haha. my prep belt doesnt even fit on the last notch. joints are also good today as well.
