done for the day. cardio is now officially shut down, so i am super happy about that haha. nothing crazy or spectacular today just went in and pushed blood into the arms and rolled out. still holding vasularity and getting a decient pump going but not skin tearing. so a little glycogen is getting in and being used. actually feeling pretty good today and not having any really bad issues. probably helped i slowed down this am and went in a little later to train.
