done for the day. feeling even better today so that's always a plus. i am still starving weak and nasty but feeling the knocking on death's door has slightly subsided for the time being. i will take it, i am still inching down in weight while increasing water. even though i am pretty flat i am still getting a pretty good pump going and vascularity is still there. i look pretty insane straight out of bed also, and just get better throughout the day. nothing really noteworthy today other than those minor things. last cardio session in the am, which i am stoked about.
