done for the day. new program started off right. broke my own ass off and felt like i was about to die. so it was a very good session. only notes from today are my knee was pissed squatting unfortunately because everything was super light feeling and i either crushed my nuts or pulled my groin a little on that last set of squats. i will know for sure in a day or two on that one. good stuff and great work today
