done for the day. really good session today. strength was up a bit out of the gate but dropped off on me about the end of the second movement. no issues going on just fatigued out a little faster than usual today. pump was really good though and form was impecable haha. killed the guy that jumps in from time to time with us today big time with both tempo and movements. i am tightening down every day. so i would say i am on point and semi healthy atm.
