Tweetok everyone i am back in and back to work. so what i will be doing is this: i will be taking a little break on eating and stuff through thursday. i will eat what i want when i want and not worry about anything. on thursday i will slowly start to add back in my maintance protein and some clean fiber carbs and such and still enjoy myself a bit next week as i get back into light training again. the following week i will be back at it 100% full tilt with my eating sched back on track and start getting back into normal heavy training. so all in all i will take off a wk to let the fluids and stuff normalize and allow my body a little rest. this week will only be light cardio and some light pump work in the gym with some nasty good food that i normally dont eat haha: an example from this weekend was like this:
2 pb banana and fluff sandwiches on white bread
had a couple mini 3 musketers snickers and milky way bars
1 marshmellow peeps on a stick
cowboy burger and fries
bourbon blue burger and fries and a side of onion rings
2 strawberry waffles
gravy biscuits sasauge 2 eggs and hasbrowns
stack of blue berry cannoli pancakes
1 birthday cake batter doughnut from krispy kreme (i drove almost an hour out of the way for these because they dont have them close to home)
that was from 930 last night until now. i also had a jug of pedolyte and a gallon and a half of water
cool thing from this show was that my wife and i were the only two people from our area that went to the show and i was the only competitor from our area's teams. so the only person i should have had cheering and yelling corrections at me was the mrs. nope, i had a whole section of people calling out to me and yelling haha. no idea who or where they came from but they all knew me by name and were yelling corrections and cheering for me. i thought that was pretty cool. i also met a buddies buddy from a different area.
i also had a guy that i have beaten every time i have competed with me go out to diner with us. him and his wife asked me to work with them for their upcoming season to help him get better. that was interesting to say the least because the dude is a monster. all in all a great weekend and we had a blast and i was perfectly happy with the package we brought and how everything went. the judge also hit me up again lol and gave me a few outside pointers and tricks to try out

Seriously??? with the way you bring the "Package on Stage" you were surprised to have a whole cheering section? You are the most likeable people I have ever met in my life. If you can get along with Rake then you know everyone likes you. So glad to hear that you had such a good time and Killed them to boot. Luv ya both!!

Tweeti wouldnt even bother logging to much this week but i will post up a little of what i am doing in my off week before i get started back up again. so yesterday looked like this:
2 birthday cake doughnuts
quad esspresso
20 minutes hiit style cardio on the step mill (not for fat loss but for water control
blooming onion
loaded cheese fries
double moonshine bacon cheese burger
i had a few cookies here and there and a glass of whole milk
2 gallons of spring water
that was about it for yesterday. feel pretty good and i havent put on a single pound from the show

20 minutes of treadmill nice quick pace. still moving the water around.
fist dont kill me but i had the taco bell breakfast steak burritos and some crazy steak wrap thing. yes it was very very good and yes it destroyed my guts immediately haha.
i also went bowling and bowled a couple games which i won and i have no idea how because i played with people that bowl all the time and i suck very bad.
only other food i had yesterday:
5 tacos
2 1/2lb mushroom swiss burgers
large order of fries
chocolate chip cookie cake
2 gals of water
i am going to add in some light back work tomorrow and hams on friday. i will be back at it full tilt monday but i want to get some training in to move some fluids and the excess glycogen around and out of my body

done for the day. those forced stretches really opened up my lats really good. workout felt awesome but a little light. good to get back in there and get some good blood and fluid flowing again
still eating whatever whenever i want. so sorry mountain but today was a bad day for you to see lol

the cotton candy ice cream is all gone except for one haha. that was one of the first things i polished off as soon as i got home. i also crushed that red velvet cake too and it was delicious even though i inhaled it in a couple massive bites. i will be back on track next week with only 2 cheat meals a wk and on sched

nice easy blood and fluid moving training today. this isnt a sched leg session so i dont want to get sore. it was more of to get a little pump and loosen up the leg and knees before getting into training again next week.

i spent the entire day at the pool in 100+ degree heat so it crushed my appetite and made me feel like complete butt crack. so now i am still pushing water and chilling
