you got that right and that's true. i am right on track with how i feel lol. crazy thing is my hams, glutes and back have tightened up even more and pretty much everywhere else has also. so i should be even better coming into this one

Hey I keep meaning to ask you... Why the lemon everyday? I mean I can think of a couple obvious reasons, but just wondering if there's some stuff I might be missing. Trying to get educated.
it has a couple health benefits that i am going for due to some of the compounds i am using:
1-it helps detox the body and cleans the liver a bit
2-it aids in digestion.
some people will do a lemon about 30 min before each meal or with 3 of their meals a day. that's a tad to much sugar and acid for me with the acv so i just do it first thing in the am myself
