meal lineup
1 lemon squeezed in 16oz of water
meal 1
8oz tilipia 8oz ground turkey
8oz sweet potato 50g jasmine rice
meal 2
8oz tilipia 8oz ground turkey

16oz ground turkey
8oz sweet potato 50g jasmine rice

100g jasmine rice

100g cream of rice w/ 2 tbl spoons sugar free jelly

all right swole and everyone else that has been asking for a little sneak peak. these is immediately following am cardio bone ass dry no food with a little pump so they are just a little bit smooth esp my calves. dont be to brutal on me haha

thanks man, like i said to ibt i still have just a touch more to pull off and i am hoping to hit 100%. that side pose is way off depth wise and the lines arent coming out like they should be. that's from a combo of improper height and weight placement on my toes. legs and back win shows is what ever says and i have added quite a bit to my back and legs have always been a strong point.

day off from the gym. had to go out and pick up more food today so no relaxing and chilling. we did get out before all the stupid people so it wasnt very eventful at all for a change. i did have a cashier tell me that i looked like a silver back though even though i was completely covered up.
