done for the day. no training partners today so i was solo. so no pacer today nor any help. i was actually able to still move some pretty good weight though but i might have had another set of db presses in me. pec and shoulder both felt good and solid today. may have also moved a little to fast so weight could have probably been higher on pretty much everything. still a great session and a really good pump.
