done for the day. noting really significant to note today. no direct arm days this week that are setup so i am pretty happy about that. looking and feeling fantastic across the board. i am a bit hungry but other than that i feel great. we did get out and take both my kids to the gym with us today to climb the rock walls and do some other things. so they got in a good workout as well. i broke my training partner from yesterday doing legs, so we were able to go to another gym today haha
