TweetShucks man, shitty deal. Hopefully is a little better in the morning...
TweetMother fukker. I think I reinjured my shoulders. The front heads are in so much pain from push presses. I'm not even going to log today because I made it maybe 1/5 my workout before having to call it quits. Last time they felt like this I pulled the tendon or some shit in my shoulder. Going home, getting ice and advil and calling it a night.

TweetThanks EZ. Hoping it's just a strain or over worked. Looks like I'll start my vacation early. Gonna be cardio only for the next week.
TweetAfter gorging my face full of food I decided to do another flex session.
Things are looking like progress. I'm feeling fuller and oddly enough leaner.
I love my vacation, but I miss the gym.
TweetRan out of Turkey so I was asked to BBQ. I'll never say no to that.
In a bind pulled pork is always the easiest.
TweetOne thing for sure is a mental break. I've been so just with work, school, and gym that I've forgotten about quality R/R.
This was my view for the last 5 days. My mind is so relaxed that I'm ready to get back into the swing if things and strongman training.
TweetIt's feels great to be back in the gym. Decided to follow fists guidelines for working on troubled areas using the 3/10 setup.

TweetThis is awesome. Strongman training peaks my interest. Do you have any good references for someone who wants to get into Strongman training? Good websites or books?
"Ain't nothin' to it, but to do it!"
TweetNone. I am working on my first contest in June, then I hope to be a regular. Only thing I can recommend is to find out what events are being done and train to those. All around work is probably going to be the key, with a strong core, but no sense doing bb ohp if you are doing db presses. If I had to pick one aspect that will separate the true strongman from the pansies, it would be grip strength. Farmers walks will test you strength right out the gate and you will be hurting from that point forward.
Feel free to ask any questions. When I find a book or related materials ill post them up. For now, enjoy watching some POUNDSTONE.
Some Elliot Hulse action too. He was an amateur here and now has his pro card. I would be going up against people like him.
TweetSame here. Nice separation
Tweeti think mine are a bit larger though.
Tweetpoundstone and elliot make me want to start ripping tree trunks out of the ground, very motivating to say the least!
