TweetThanks for the advice! I think I'll strongly consider a Test only cycle if you guys think I'll see some small quality gains. It might also be good to do a Test only run to start off so that I'm not pinning myself 3-5 times a week after such a long layoff...gotta work back up to that, lol.
Those macros are mostly solid food. The only protein shakes are morning, pre, and post-workout totaling about 60g protein between the 3 shakes. What I didn't include in that was the post-workout carbohydrate powder which is 50g.
