      After a 6 year hiatus I'd recommend a test only cycle as well. See if any changes in your body chemistry have taken place since you last were on and look for potential sides. That's my recommendation.

      Thanks for the advice! I think I'll strongly consider a Test only cycle if you guys think I'll see some small quality gains. It might also be good to do a Test only run to start off so that I'm not pinning myself 3-5 times a week after such a long layoff...gotta work back up to that, lol.

      Those macros are mostly solid food. The only protein shakes are morning, pre, and post-workout totaling about 60g protein between the 3 shakes. What I didn't include in that was the post-workout carbohydrate powder which is 50g.
