3 sets cable side laterals
6 sets barbell shrugs
1 set dumbell shrugs
6 sets rear delt machine
8pm carbo force and 60g protein shake
10pm 1lb lean burger, cheese and salsa with diet dr pepper
Midnite till 8am- will be sipping on 100g prot shake
