TweetFeeling good. I haven't watched diet all week long and that's about to drive me batty but I've been able to control bloat very well this time. I've got a little around the ankles so I'm staying on top of low dose diuretics just to be safe. I think last comp I had a potentially life threatening amount of water jump back on me. I'm glad I was able to knock it out.

TweetNo real updates for this thread. Just been taking some time off to recuperate and get a new plan together.
I'm gonna take some time to work on lagging body parts and start competing again next year in march and the jr. USA's in may.
So this raid trip is essentially over. Just trying to become a normal learning citizen again.
TweetOff season bulking. Haven't planned a new show yet, gonna see how much I can grow.
