You know that running, even on a treadmill, can pound your knees into submission. A better alternative is the stationary bike, which, according to the October ’11 Reader’s Digest, is good for your knees.

Riding a stationary bike safely strengthens the muscle on the inside of your knee and keeps your kneecaps centered. Ride on!
