TweetIt's a good article , and I do agree with a weight lifting belt , and for bigger dudes watching their weight .
But , I read somewhere else that by wrapping ur wrists and knees , in the long run can weaken them !!!
I personally don't use either , as I've seen dudes in the gym using wrist and knee wraps to lift , but when they take them off , forget about lifting the same weight . They become weak !!!
