      Hey guys recently i have been getting pain in my patellas if i go heavy on leg day, ive found if i do like 10 sets of 35 or so on a leg press it doesn't hurt hardly at all on my back squats also cardio irritates it a little ive been icing them after legs and it seems to help some. Any help is appreciated

      I have had pain in my patellas for the past couple of months to. The elliptical def makes it worse for me. Try foam roller and hit those glutes, hips, IT band (ouch),hams, calves . If all that is tight it can cause refrred knee pain

      okay cool, my calves are strong and i do alot for them so i might have the joint strained out a bit
