I've been using my roller religiously and finally the bands have finally started to give some. Been having my trainer help with the pressure points in the hamstring and OH DEAR LAAAAWRD! about took a chunk out of the mat I was laying on. lol I was biting on my towel and digging into the mat lol But the roller exercises are helping!!
