I think I blew my knee out night before last...I slipped sideways and my knee joint moved side to side, heard/felt a pop, it is the same knee I had surgery on in 03...

I'm all swollen and can't bend it or put a lot of weight on it...ice/heat/compression until I can get the swelling down before I go waste my time at a doc...

this bites, never fails when your training is going phenomenal something random happens...
