TweetGood deal man! I just set a PR on deeds this week with no issues with mine.
Tweetsmall victory: did cardio first time since injury happened may 16. stiff, little sore at first. kept intensity and incline low for first 12 minutes, then increased intensity level and about 20 minute mark increased the incline on the interval setting and finished up with no pain in ham. no swelling tonight so im happy. only discomfort is the base of calf where it ties into achilles/ankle where some swelling and residual bleeding still under skin but walking/training and mindset much improved, now just have to see how leg work ends up feeling this week and then when sparring starts up.

Tweetso update.... full strength cardio sessions again. training more intense at dojo and some light sparring. haven't got the nerve to train legs just yet in the gym but thinking light try this week. last hurdle of the bruising/bleeding about out of the calf/ankle now. some puffiness im lower leg that was hot and red so doc put me on keflex for 10 days. seems every time i tear a muscle and have the bleeding going on i get cellulitis, weird. also she had them do an ultra sound to rule out any blood clot in the calf from all the bleeding, all good, no clots. feel a ton better, using some of the great ideas put forth by my peeps on here. thanks for all the input and advice you guys.
