hello everyone. wanted to share my story with yall. In August 2010 i tore my lower distal tendon on my left bicep. man when it went you could hear it pop. i had surgery 10 days later and had it repaired. they put an anchor in my forearm and attached the tendon. it was painful to say the least. but here it is march and im working out again. slow and steady for sure. im also running hgh at 3 ius ed and cyp and test prop. i feel this has helped me recover faster. for now my arm wokouts are light and slow and im only doing hammer curls on the advice of the ortho. just thought id share my stor with you guys.

Great to hear your working through it.

I had torn mine as well but not enough to warrant surgery. The bicep is now shorter in length however peeks higher than my other.

I did this playing volleyball. Every summer there's a huge party of a few hundred and they have all sport tournaments. The ball was spiked about 5 feet to my right, i dove and stuck out my arm, and was able to set the ball for another team member. However upon doing it my arm hyper-extended a bit and it tore. Probably should not have gone to the gym that morning and worked arms that day....lol.
