Knowing what I said is there a plausible reason for my body not being as anabolic? My testosterone levels never changed. Is it because I became sedentary? If I include walking more will things cvhange?
that's exactly what it is man. i am no doc but the less you move and the more assistance you use to move, the less muscle mass you will have. kind of the old if you dont use it you lose it mindset. think about this, the key to slowing aging is movement. that's why when an older person breaks their hip or has a significant injury that keeps them from moving can be a death sentence. even with perfect diet and hormone levels, not being able to move will not offset stimulation. maybe look into or talk to your doc about an ems/tens unit. you can toss that puppy on whatever muscle you want and it will give some stimulation. i got a unit that does both ems and tens stuff and it is fully wireless so i can put it on and move around. mine is crazy potent too. i have been toying around with the idea of wearing it on the muscles i have nerve damage in while i train them but i havent gotten around to doing it since i train solo most of the time and it would he hard to get onto my back where i need it. that is my first thought with your limited mobility
