2- i get the same thing with oral youhimbe man. i have zero issues with it from helios at all. it seems like a lot of people have the same issues as we do with oral preps of it. it is crazy hard on women the majority of the time too. alpha 1 yohimbe is supposed to be the best and most superior form but i have never been able to find it myself. would love to do a test run of that one as well.

3- l carn fortunately is water based and painless which is a plus. i go with 4-600 ed for the first 2 weeks then drop it down to 200 ed for 2 weeks then most of the time i will go with 200 eod from that point on. that's the best protocol i have found so far. i just hit it about 30 mins or so before i train and call it a day but from what i have read and heard timing doesnt really impact anything. it is more the saturation and the maint on it once you are saturated
Every l-carn I’ve used has been painless. Until Recon. It’s been low doses at 200. I have to deep IM or I feel a burn during inj and for about an hour after.
