TweetHey man, good attitude, be the best you can be. Healthy and fit as well. Wish you the best in your endeavors or physical excellence.
TweetHey guys I know it’s been a while. 2018 saw me having half my liver removed due to adenomas and I spent the better part of the year bouncing back. I got into a decent stride and then 2021 I tore my tricep(minor partial tear) while bouncing on a trampoline with my son in Mexico. After 13 months I’m still only about 75% at best with my right arm. It’s been tough bouncing back between being happy and healthy and still in relatively good shape and still
Wanting to see a monster in the mirror. I’m not going to go down the rabbit hole of picking myself apart, that’s not really why I’m posting. I will continue to train because I love it and I work on my mental health all The time. I’m still shooting for the best I can be given my stage in life (48 and with a family). For those who know me I was a repair tech for planet fitness since 2009 and became a supervisor in 2020 and this past may I was promoted to facilities manager of all corporate clubs in the north(PA, DE, NJ, NY, NH, VT, MA, ME, Canada and CA). I am responsible for 117 clubs. I went from physically demanding job to really mentally taxing now. I know planet fitness is either a love it or hate type of place but I have made a good life for my family working there. I know this post kind of went off topic but I just wanted to get posting again. I have change supplements slightly over the years so I will post my current regimen in another post. I look forward to reading to catch up

TweetI Definitely have to get my ass over to golds. It’s half way in between my office and my home so it’s still convenient. Today the gym was packed and I really had to modify exercise selection to stay on track. I don’t mind changing and I used to pride myself on changing things up back recently I have tried to stick with an exercise selection for at least 6 weeks and only modifying the rep scheme if anything.

TweetIt's great to see you bouncing back bro. Sometimes set backs are just life's way of presenting a teacher when there is a lesson to be learned. A positive mindset is the best thing you can carry with you. As we get older our bodies don't always cooperate with us like we want them to, so a good state of mind goes a long way. Sounds like you are on the right track and making good progress.
