What is everyone’s best experience, trick of the trade, or supp, or bro science item?

Looking for help. My abdominal surgeries in 2018, slacking on diet while aging (lol). And a minor non alcoholic fatty liver have got me stuck with bloat and visceral fat.

Looking for tips other than “thermogenesis”…that’s not cutting it.

I was taking a rare pep called tesofensine. I could only afford 250cg per day. I was just starting to see results and then I was out lol.

Another peptide out there called Tesamorelin which is hard to find and expensive because of dosing but has huge well documented visceral fat loss.

I use a tens unit on my abdomen usually daily. I use self

      Any other tricks?

Bro, I do not know. Keto diet helped me. I am fairly lean most of the time but to get that flat stomach have to get rid of visceral fat.

I have heard Adipotide will reduce both visceral and regular sub Q fat. I have been thinking of getting some.

I've noticed mine getting harder to manage as I've gotten older too. I'm not sure about supplements that would help, but I notice great improvements in myself when I cut out sugar and drop my carbs a bit. I never go super low with carbs and never zero carb, but I'll reduce them from my normal intake.

Lately I've been completely cutting out all added refined sugar. Even in my condiments. Anything naturally in food like fruit I'm ok with, but if it says added sugar I toss it out. It's tough because it seems like almost everything has at least a little added sugar. I've noticed a great improvement in my physique doing it. I also stay away from anything heavily processed. I don't really eat anything other than meats, fish, eggs, rice, sweet potatoes and veggies lol. Some steal cut oats in the morning I still do. Sounds boring as hell but I've noticed a big change in the way my body looks overall cutting everything else out.

Man it is so hard! Honestly I’ve always felt best when I cut out “added” anything and try to eat natural food, reduced packaged and preserved food…but sugar is number 1…it’s poison. Like you said fruit and natural sweeteners but our society is addicted to high fructose corn syrup and anything like that.

For me sleep is a huge issue too. When I get sleep the visceral melts quick. My training is always good diet can be bumpy but never too far off…the sleep evades me though not out of want but out of sheer time.

ok got a couple of things. jipped and i have discussed keto back and forth for years and i am one of those people that just can not do it at all. low fat high pro high fat low pro it doesnt matter. my body doesnt tolerate it at all. i pass out and have all kinds of issues. it is fantastic for getting insulin resistance under control though in the short term for sure and for me i can go a week to two weeks and push cardio hard and it works but after that the negatives over weigh the positives. again that's just me and i know other people besides jipped that thrive on it.

couple of options that come to mind: 1- low dose gh and t3.. we are taling 2-4ius 5 days per week and then adding in 25mcg of t3 to offset the shut down. this will get the visceral coming off pretty good for the majority of us older folks. dont inject into the gut though, go with im or use leg or glute sub q.

option 2- helios: this is a combo of clen and yohimbine that will give you some localized spot reduction. i know i know it is a systematic blah blah but their is research that yohimbine can work locally when injected. low end dosing on this product also works really well and the sides seem to be much more tolerable than orally.

option 3- injectable l-carnitine: this one mobilizes fat acids for fuel and also gives you a metabolic boost with some heart health protection. it is only viable in the injectable form because it is broken down to much to be useful orally and the dose required orally to hit peak levels causes serious gastro issues.

option 4- cold therapies: cryotherapy either whole body or localized as well as daily ice baths. this cranks up recovery as well as activates brown fat to do it's magic. i am a huge fan of the whole body cryo personally and i feel like it works fantastic for me both in fat loss and recovery. just remember it needs to be done on off days and as far away from training as possible. it will completely wipe out all the training you have done if you do it on a training day.

you can pick any of these or add them in one at a time and just ramp it up until you hit your goals. that's the normal approach i take. when my progress stalls i add one in and then the next and so on until i am bone peeled.

Guns couple a questions in order you wrote!
-I’m with you 100% on keto. You explain it perfectly that is my experience too!

1- I’ve been injection cjc ipam combo into stomach on and off for a long time…like years…could this me contributing? On the T3, how much risk is it to the thyroid. It’s one organ I’ve always danced around going after. My mother has Graves’ disease so thyroid health is something in the back of my mind.

2- yohimbe hcl orally makes me sooooo sick. Like I’m going to die type cold clammy hot and sweaty at same time anxiety through the roof.
-so injected yoh won’t do that? I used to love yoh bark but harder to find anymore.

3- l-carn injectable is legit. Is there any dosing protocols you use?

      ok,

1- yes the constant injections sub q into the stomach can contribute to causing issues. go to other sites like legs glutes etc... the thyroid is a very resilient little guy man. it will bounce back 99% of the time and as long as you dont crank the dosing up super high for longer periods of time then it is not going to cause issues. would like to see labs to see where you are at but if you are using gh or ghrps then you are getting some surpression guaranteed. so a dose of 12.5 to 25mcg will put the vast majority of people in the normal optimal range. i do great at 25mcg myself with zero issues and i ramp mine up and down throughout preps and have done so for years. mine has always bounced back also. what i have found in my 40s is that gh crushes my thyroid much faster than it did in my late 20s and 30s.

2- i get the same thing with oral youhimbe man. i have zero issues with it from helios at all. it seems like a lot of people have the same issues as we do with oral preps of it. it is crazy hard on women the majority of the time too. alpha 1 yohimbe is supposed to be the best and most superior form but i have never been able to find it myself. would love to do a test run of that one as well.

3- l carn fortunately is water based and painless which is a plus. i go with 4-600 ed for the first 2 weeks then drop it down to 200 ed for 2 weeks then most of the time i will go with 200 eod from that point on. that's the best protocol i have found so far. i just hit it about 30 mins or so before i train and call it a day but from what i have read and heard timing doesnt really impact anything. it is more the saturation and the maint on it once you are saturated

Every l-carn I’ve used has been painless. Until Recon. It’s been low doses at 200. I have to deep IM or I feel a burn during inj and for about an hour after.

amino aslyum has it dosed high and it is still painless. i have only had issues with glutithiome knotting up on me and i am still trying to figure out how to mix it to keep it from doing so. been thinking about hitting an iv clinic up locally for the iv drip of the glutia post comp this year to drop my liver values back into range faster
