TweetGlad you are OK bro, never had a panic attack. Must be terrible
TweetI had one a fe3w days ago. It feels as if a heart attack is going on. 2 Rad techs came into my room to do a chest xray. Business as usual they were pretty cheerful and talkative. They took about 3 pictures.
While leaving I heard 1 whisper to the other "thats what a real man looks like". I tell you what when some younger girls say that you tend to take notice.
I am most critical of myself. I carry a little to much fat on mid section at 36". Bu my arms are large and shredded a nurses dream they all say. My chest is to small at 48". At 65 I should not complain.
I do eat to much fast food but I try to get the healthiest choice like fish or chicken and practice portion control.
I haven't been to the gym since 6 months ago after my last a fibg
TweetDamn brother, I feel ya. I was admitted years ago and held overnight, felt like a heart attack. I've had them after. It's not fun gasping for air and telling yourself to just breathe. Glad your feeling better. I don't wish that crap on anyone
PAIN DON'T HURT
Tweet1 nurse came in and sang a baby song to me while rubbing my face. I worked to calm me
TweetI don't get many compliments so I run with them when I do
TweetGlad you're ok bro. Panic attacks suck. Doesn't hurt to get some compliments in the process though lol.
TweetGlad youre ok. Never any fun to be in the hospital for anything
TweetWe are prone to higher anxieties as we get older, we are prone to heart flutters much more as we get older…just like our joints getting loser and not as stable so does our other systems.
I’m actually amazed more people don’t have them. Really is a testament to the human body.
My wife has some chronic physical ailments occasionally her body will literally just shut down. Like a reboot…it’s crazy!
