Have been hanging for a week now and shoulder is better but still hurts 24/7 but not as high of pain. I just think that damaged tissue where the tendon ripped off the bone needs to scar up before I can start lifting heavier. I no longer have use of my right subscapularis, supraspinatous and long head beceps so I have to build up the strength of everything I have left and hope it stablizes so I can do dips and pullups and deadlifts and keep as much muscle mass as possible..
Im also using the Rotatorreliever which is kicking ass. You would be surprised how just spinning that ball on the end of a stick kicks the shit out of your shoulder muscles.
