TweetMet with an orthopedic surgeon yesterday and she said my subscapularis tendon is totally ripped off the bone, my bicep tendon is ruptured and retracted, my supraspinatus is completely torn in half and my labrum is torn. She said if it were her shoulder, she we get the surgery.
Well, I told her how I am healing my shoulder thru hanging and she was pretty fascinated. I told her there is no way I can have surgery done and miss any work so she is on board with me trying to carry on with no surgery.

TweetPS- Right now I am hanging for 30 seconds at a time and I am doing it about 10-15 times a day. I use wrist straps when I want to hang longer. The surgeon agreed, yes, you can remodel your acromion process thru wolfes law
A welding instructor at the prison is going build me a monkey bars/overhead ladder and I am going to concrete it into the ground on ,my property. Im going to get chinning bars and dip bars too.
I am going to swing like a monkey every single day and save my shoulders.. haha.
Even if your shoulders are healthy, you shu8ld do some hanging to keep them healthy. It has been a miracle for me. Since I started hanging, Ive eliminated all need for ibuprofen or aspirin. If my shoulder starts to throb, I hang for 30 seconds- pain is gone.

I told the surgeon that I havent taken a vacation or a day off from work in 25 years and I cant miss work for surgery. She was great. We talked about everything. She even said "we could talk for hours!" haha...unfortunately she is married. lol
