PS- Right now I am hanging for 30 seconds at a time and I am doing it about 10-15 times a day. I use wrist straps when I want to hang longer. The surgeon agreed, yes, you can remodel your acromion process thru wolfes law
A welding instructor at the prison is going build me a monkey bars/overhead ladder and I am going to concrete it into the ground on ,my property. Im going to get chinning bars and dip bars too.
I am going to swing like a monkey every single day and save my shoulders.. haha.
Even if your shoulders are healthy, you shu8ld do some hanging to keep them healthy. It has been a miracle for me. Since I started hanging, Ive eliminated all need for ibuprofen or aspirin. If my shoulder starts to throb, I hang for 30 seconds- pain is gone.
I am putting a chinning bar in my office at work too.
