I’ve been dealing with arthritis and tendinitis bad in my right elbow for months , last week I sort of fell, catching myself haphazardly with my bad elbow. It popped...got ice on it right away but it really got inflamed. My body is a mess of inflammation since my stomach/hernia/scar surgery back in November. My legs swell constantly and I have early RA so joint pain moves around but it’s miserable.

I’ve come a long way in one week with babying it and ice....health supps I’m using, 2iu of gh daily, bcp157 3-400mcg (spiked first 5 days around 800mcg), semorolin 300mcg, grhp2 200mcg. Upping my collagen tomorrow to two servings a day in my coffee. Also taking sarm MK2866 just dropped mk677.

Normal supps from there...honestly I thing I’ve got extreme bursitis. Not sure what popped but had zero blood or bruising.

Tb500? Any other suggestions? What’s the best elbow supports etc.

      Brother TB500 and/or BPC 157 may help.

As for supps, for sure curcumin (Spend the $$$ and get the highly bioavailable kind), ALA can reduce overall inflammation. DHA and EPA in fish oil are also good. Lots of my crossfit friends take several grams of fishoil daily to combat inflammation. (crossfit will do that to ya, why I quit)

Magnesium is a good one, it does not reduce inflammation by itself I do not think but helps relax muscles when they are bound up leading to faster recovery and half of people in the USA are deficient.

MSM is good for joints and connective tissue and will help heal you especially if you use a peptide like TB500.

Blueberries are in season right now. They have something in them that reduces inflammation. I eat them almost every day. About 1 cup of berries and a spray of the canned whipped cream on top. It's pretty good!

Green tea has been shown to help with arthritis. I think the ECGC is the active component that helps so just take 300 mg of green tea extract and call it a day rather than a gallon of green tea.

Massage the area with biofreeze or the like. Graston technique or Airrosti can help too although painful when they apply the techniques. I go to an Airrosti clinic frequently as my insurance pays and it helps.

Best of luck brother, been there.

Turmeric(curcumin), Boswellia and Tart Cherry and I take handfuls of capsules of this combo at least twice a day or more depending on how inflamed I am. Its an all 3 in one cap from swanson vitamins . com This knocks the hell out of inflammation every bit as good as ibuprofen. Plus a long list of other health benefits. I love this shit. I know it works.

As for the more absorbable bioavailable turmeric, I am not 100% sure, jipped said spend the money so maybe its worth it, but is that like ubiquinol? Its worth researching anyway.

Good luck brotha, sounds like a helluva lot of stuff youre having to deal with

I think you need to see an endocrinologist. It is possible that there were endocrine disruptions after the operation. For example, due to a malfunction of the thyroid gland, it can affect both the joints and the reproductive system, and neurological disorders can appear. In general, it is better to see a doctor and find out the cause of the problem. This is much more rational than eliminating the symptoms.
