first day of PT this morning. Tear was only around 2 centimeters. they did a third anchor just for good measure because surgeon knows i'll be hoisting heavy once i'm healed and wants the extra measure to ensure no future issues. the elbow bent, outward stretch was pretty good, as was the elbow bent, inward stretch. only got 90° on the lying flat, arm raised from side straight up stretch, goal was 90° and just got it. 180° is the ultimate goal in the next 4-6 weeks. got my homework stretches and exercises to do before next appointment Weds.
