That's where they give you a nerve block up in my neck . so they took a needle and stuck it into the nerve in my neck and used I guess like a sonogram to guide the needle to the nerve you could see you on the monitor in front of me. everything eventually went totally numb from my shoulder to my fingers so that I couldn't move my arm. <br><br>
