Over time I have had to break up with lifts so I could keep lifting. Upright rows, btb shrugs, and probably others i dont recall atm.

Has anyone had to break up with their lifts?

Ya, unfortunately dead lifts. The negative impact on me has finally had me shelve them. They were literally my favorite for years but thatís been awhile.

I need to break up with deadlifts. I still do them and they wreck me sometimes if I go too heavy. Just like a real relationship, it's hard to let go lol.
