TweetOver time I have had to break up with lifts so I could keep lifting. Upright rows, btb shrugs, and probably others i dont recall atm.

TweetI need to break up with deadlifts. I still do them and they wreck me sometimes if I go too heavy. Just like a real relationship, it's hard to let go lol.
