No bruising D. i can curl my arm with nothing so it isnt keeping me from completing everyday tasks and i can muscle thru work. I thought I was cured this morning. My front door sticks and I went to open it with the injured arm and ouch. Rest, recovery, and healing. Still sucks tho. Bicep does so much on upper body lifts. even lower body lifts when loading plates.

I have some ink coming my way and its going to complete my 2nd arm sleeve. 1 week off to rest from the gym and heal that tat so it works out for me. How I feel after a week tho is what has me edgy. any thoughts on what to do? I was thinking ice, heat, and reacquaint myself with the treadmill along with some core work.

do not stop training man. that will make it worse and slow the healing down. keep training just be cautious on what you are doing and do the 50 or 100 rep sets when you get in there to make sure that area is nice and warm. i use and used a heating cream on mine. icy hot, saloon paas, horse linaments screaming hot toast and or artic balm. i put it on before i train every day. what i did or should i say what i do whenever i hurt something is i will do my normal training but if it hurts or pulls even a little i will stop and switch movements. prime example is after i jacked my bicep, i could not do pronated grip pull ups at all. it tightened down on me bad. so i went to neutral grip and now i am able to do them pronated again. pt straight up told me after every time i have been jacked up do not stop training no matter what. you have to push blood and stuff through the area as often as possible with a little stimulation to speed up the process
