This technique works guys! Its is painful as F U C K but it works and I've seen so much progress I'm almost addicted to it! Combine the Graston with needling technique and guys/gals I'm telling you that you will feel so much better.

Tweeti am able to get in about every 5-6 weeks now that everything is completely unbound on me. if i get a flare i will try to get in earlier but i havent had any in a long ass time now. should have jumped on this years and years ago
