With a knee there are quite a few things than can be wrong. Muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, bursas, cartilage.. Yes maybe some ART or graston like guns said.
Sip some pomegranate juice. That stuff is amazing. Liquid ibuprofen.

You know I forgot to mention...I noticed when Fuzo was sleeping in the recliner , that his legs were going all over the place. I even video taped to show him, lol. I told him he most likely has RLS and they do hurt when he first gets up. What his legs do in his sleep, he could not do while he was awake, lol. He may even have done something while sleeping. One cause of RLS is low iron and I don't think that is his problem at all. I used to t5ake something for it but just do more natural things. Dr Baby1 will take care of him better than docs have:)
Youre just getting old my friend.
Yea get the Graston, it completely healed over six years of tortureous knots in my back in three treatments..
I don't think he should get anything done on it till he really knows what the problem is
might try this link, not sure if will help you out but you can try

How is the Knee doing today ?
Any better Boss ?
thanks for checking up. fuzo's knee seems to be a bit better as I can tell just by how he walks, but this pain is moving around the leg. I am making him go in today and get the bloodwork that has been ordered, if I have to drag his ass their myself. I have his day planned, lol
I've had the same type of symptoms, to include the RLS, and it maybe more of a hamstring issue presenting itself at the knee. My knees were doing perfectly fine, until I decided to add a significant amount of hamstring work into my workouts. Shortly thereafter, I started having knee pain; specifically, behind the knee towards the lateral area near the IT band.
