Thanks guys. Im gonna give it a bit and just work around it. Did a small session today and for the most part it seems ok. Its a bit tender and Im gonna play it safe for a few weeks. Only thing im scared to do is any kind of pulling motion. Pushups, presses and things seemed fine. Plan, take the whole week off from lifting and do legs and cardio and reevaluate. The cyle continues for now.


Side note, last time I went to my doc with a shoulder injury the regiment is pt and if that does not help then they do an MRI.
