not to kick a brother when he was down and i am damn glad you are getting it checked out but i will tell you this from personal experience. when i originally had my partial tear from a blast, it made a small bruise and i didnt have any deforming in the area of my chest shoulder or the tie ins. it actually even felt normal other than the slight bruise. now when i blew it out completely, i tore the pec minor tendon that attaches to the shoulder and a piece of the pec minor. here is the freaky part, i only had a 3mm long by 1mm wide bruise on the outside of the pec. that was it for the day of. my entire delt and bicep were both black and blue when i got up the next day but still no real brusing on the chest at all. i had full range of motion and no issues at all following the initial shock of doing it. hell it didnt even hurt and my punk ass training partner couldnt pull the weight off of me, so i had to press it back up to rack after it popped.
enough story haha, i am a rambler. it looks to me like you may have actually popped something in your front delt or right in the front delt pec tie in. cross your fingers it isnt the top tendon of the bicep with a little bit of bicep tear. they damn sure need to be begged and pleaded with to fix that spot because it really doesnt affect the performance of the arm. that's what the surgeon told me
