TweetIt does suck getting old. Injuries just don't heal as fast and nag the shit outta ya. Trying to sleep on your side while dealing with shoulder problem makes for sleepless nights.somehow we find a way to keep going and damn the aches & pains.

TweetYes... MarcPro. It's small portable eletrical stimulation/TENS type of machine which helps dramatically with muscle recovery. I use mine daily -- sometimes a couple times per day -- especially for my quads and shoulders. Works wonders!Originally Posted by J F T
