      that's great news jipped that you are almost pain free. the only thing that has always scared me about stuff like that is: is it healing the area or just masking the pain? that would be my biggest concern

      it takes the chronic inflammation out of the joint so it can heal on it's on. mine had gotten so bad that just walking hurt, getting off the couch was a lesson in pain. now i can walk am move pain free. i have to take it easy and let the shot work. once the inflammation is gone i should be good. have to modify my routine, no more big squats or deads, got to limit running. i am just reveling in my freedom from constant pain at the moment.

      that's great to hear and know man. hell man i would say that pounding the pavement would hammer it just as bad if not worse than squats and deads would haha. man, it sucks getting messed up and old

      it is about axial load of the sacrum. a squat exerts incredible forces on the joint. running is hard on the discs of the back. the jolting of each step.
