It can be so many things and points it's coming from! The first thing any Dr will tell you is... stretch stretch.. so like baby said, stretch. Having said that though, you should see a Dr! Back pain is hard to pinpoint some times but you'll be thankful you went in the end. I lived with crippling back pain when I was 25 for 3 years before they found out what it was and what they were going to do about it. I couldn't stand for more than 5 minutes at a time. The gym was out, no sports, Nothin! Saw chiropractors, acupuncturist... turns out it was a pinched nerve coming out of my hip bone are cavity (kinda hard to explain in words where it was). The bone cavity was built up with calcium and arthritis closing the nerve off. The nerve was black and almost completely gone by the time they did surgery. A year later I felt like I was a teenager again, running and jumping, working out, playing sports... Every now and then there is some pain but nothing like it was! Go see a doc! Good luck.
