TweetI hurt my right lat a couple months back and I took time off the gym to allow it to heal. Now I noticed in the past day or two a tightness in my right pec. Could the healing of the lat be pulling on my pec? The pec feels like a solid muscle striation running through it(pec minor would be my guess). It is slightly swollen and tender, that same feeling you get when you bruise it. I dont recall hurting myself but I have been pushing the weights back up in the gym. 100lb db incline press, 225 flat bench.
Again, im just wondering if the healing of one muscle can be pulling on another muscle adding discomfort.
